Birthday/ Cute pictures of my super rad kids!

Dean's 2 year birthday cake. It was a lot of fun. And I was glad my mom was there to help.
We only had Vernons bat... which was really heavy- poor Dean couldnt even lift it. I'm pretty sure thats as high as it got.

Dean giving me his cheesy grin.

Throwing dirt. (I am always asking him not to throw dirt since it usually ends up in my eyes- but this was a cool picture so go Dean)

Covering himself with dirt

Cole got to hang out with his grandma... and he was very happy.

Me and my beautifuly sister Janei. - have I mentioned how much I love her? Oh and most of these pictures were taken with her Awesome camera. I want one!!!

HAHA this picture makes me laugh so much. He totally just randomly planted one on her. It was hilarious!!! He is such a stud!

Bahaha... This was actually taken right before the "smoocher" but its much funnier afterwards :)

The end :)

Our summer vacation...

We decided to go up to Seattle again this year while Dean is still flying free. It had started to get SUPER hot here right before we left so Dean wasn't spending too much time outside- seattle was a good break from the heat. It was sunny and beautiful all but one day we were there, but it never got over 75 - perfect. I think I actually got a tan from being there because I loved sitting out in the sun with the nice breeze blowing. And here are some pictures of the fun times we had...

Mt.Saint Helens
I loved reading to all the boys- Cole wasnt a big fan of sharing mom as you can tell.

Dean loves throwing rocks in and on everything. He shares that in common with his cousins. They were there for awhile...

We went to a beach and had a fire and ate food. The boys were so cute eating there chips together.

I just think this picture is so cute. I love his beautiful blue eyes.
I'm pretty sure this is Justin... DeAnn can correct me if I'm wrong.

Vernon, Cole and I took a quick day trip to Oregon (Dean stayed and played with his cousins) to visit some falls. This first picture is from an observatory on the way. It's looking down at the Columbia River Gorge.

Latourell Fall 249 ft.

Same one. Vernon wanted to get close to it so we could tell how big it was.

Bridal Veil Falls

Sheppards Dell Falls
FairyFall. So we had this travelers guide book Tommy and DeAnn lent us. And it said that after the Wateeka falls you can hike a mile in and find the Fairy Falls. We thought a mile wouldnt be too bad even with Cole. So we did. What we didnt realize was that we were going to hike a mile of switch backs up the side of a cliff. After like 5 switchbacks I was tired and was wondering how much further. So I asked a lady passing us going down and she said we had a lot to go and I probably shouldn't be doing it in flip flops ( she was all decked out- hiking boots and a pack, which after probably an hour I realized EVERYONE on that trail had hiking boots and a pack). But we thought we had gotten pretty far ( and really I wanted to prove to her even though I would never see her again that I COULD do it in flip flops) already and we didnt want to turn around. So we kept going. It took us forever to get to this dinky fall. Which probably would have been beautiful to us if we hadnt been so darn tired. When we reached it Vernon made some funny joke about how lame the fall was to the work it took to get to it but I just couldnt believe that that was it. So we kept going for probably about another 20min maybe more. We finally decided to ask someone if they knew where it was. A guy said it was the one we passed and we were on our way up to the top of Multonoma Falls. But since we had Cole and it would've been a few more miles and we didnt exactly know where we were going we went back down the way we came up.
(Atleast the hike up was beautiful even if I had to watch straight in front of me most of the time since my legs felt like jello)

So this is Multnomah Falls. 620ft. The biggest grandest fall of them all. We apparently didnt take very many pictures- we were tired. This is the only one we got of the whole thing and it pretty much stinks.

The aquarium

We had a blast thanks Tommy, DeAnn, Justin, and Mason!

Hide and Seek

The other day Vernon thought it would be funny to put Dean in the fridge ( which was pretty hilarious) and then he put him in the cupboard. The next day I walked into the kitchen and found Dean hanging out in there.

When he falls asleep in his saucer he usually smashes his face and or nose, but that time he fel asleep looking like an angel. He is such a good baby.
Dean loves playing with the O's- And LOVES taking baths

"I want juice"

Nothing terribly exciting has been going on at our house. Cole is growing up too quickly. He has an enormous stomach because he eats like 9 times a day, and he loves to laugh. He is so ticklish on his neck!
Dean is always picking up new words. He's also started putting words together like "Bye Daddy" and "I want Juice". He is still really good with Cole- He thinks its hilarious when Cole touches him with his fist- he is sure it's a game.
Vernon has been working hard and he comes home tired more often than not. But we are just grateful that the business is getting in more work and things seem to be looking up. And I have been playing volleyball for the city league. All of our games are at night and vernon has been awesome about watching the kids even though he is pooped. He's good to me and I LOVE him!

We love our kids, We love our house, and We love living in Pima!

We're in!

We were really hoping to get into our house before Cole's blessing on the 22nd of Feb. because my family was coming into to town. We barely made it. We moved in on Friday they came Saturday and we had the blessing on Sunday. There were still alot of things not done ( we didn't have a bedroom door, and we had boxes all over our front yard) but everything worked out wonderful.

We love our deck even though its not finished yet.
Our fireplace that we converted into an entertainment center worked out perfectly.

mmmm dirt...

Dean likes to eat dirt apparently. I had already cleaned some up off of his face when I decided I wanted a picture. Trust me there was A LOT of dirt in there!

Dean still loves holding his brother. He gets pretty upset when I dont share.

I loved Cole's facial expression in this one. He makes the cutest grumpy old man faces.
This is Dean with his cousin Bear. They had been playing outside- I came out and found them sitting on the fence- So cute!!

SuperBowl!

Okay so the Cardinals didnt win. But what a game they gave it all they had.

Vernon bought this for Dean before he was born and it finally fits him just in time for the SuperBowl.

Even though the Cardinals lost we had a lot of fun watching a great game with some friends. Vernon's pretty bummed though it'll take him awhile to recover.
